All players must have :
2 days in HELMET ONLY
3 days in HELMET AND SHOULDER PADS
5 days in FULL EQUIPMENT

8:30 am - 10:30 am
12:00 pm - 1:45 pm
(light lunch served in between)
JV Week 1 August 22- August 27
9 am - 12 pm
Week 2 : August 29, 30, 31, Sept 1
V and JV - 3:30 pm practice
Friday Sept 2 - V Scrimmage @ CSH
JV Scrimmage home vs Long Beach (tentative)
Saturday September 3 : Practice
Monday Morning September 5 (Labor Day) - AM Practice
